🏡 Full-Property:
Although the Keuka Cove House features multiple private units, the entire property is rented to one guest or group at a time. This ensures total privacy, exclusive use of the grounds, and a seamless lakefront experience.
During the slower season (November–April), we’re open to discounted pricing for couples / smaller groups who only need one unit — however, only one renter group will be onsite at a time.
⏳ Minimum Stays:
3-night minimum for most of the year
4-night minimum during peak season
Longer stays may be required for major holidays or special weekends.
Why we have minimum stays: To maintain the highest standards of cleaning, preparation, and guest experience, the Keuka Cove House operates on structured turnover days. Minimum stays help us keep the property pristine, ensure proper maintenance between guests, and offer you the best possible arrival experience.
